G2 Fibreglass paint stop extraction media is 60mm thick. It has lower air restriction and lower dust holding capacity then our standard G3 fibreglass paint stop extraction media rolls. As such the G2 is more commonly used in prep bays.  If in doubt - choose G3.

The green/white fiberglass paint stop filter, is the go-to choice for capturing overspray. Composed of lengthy glass fibers with synthetic thermosetting resins, this filter boasts a progressive density structure, ensuring the retention of particles of varying sizes. On the air intake side, it appears green, while on the air outlet side, it's white.

The paint stop filter finds extensive use in industrial and automotive painting, as well as various other industries. It's often used in conjunction with other air filters, such as polyesther pre-filters, to achieve highly effective air filtration.

How to check the size that you need for the floor or the exhaust in your spray booth: measure the width of each row of the filter cage. We have various precut roll sizes - so most of the time you will only need to cut the roll at the end of each row on the floor or on the wall. Order the correct number of rolls by measuring the row length and multiplying the length by the number of rows.
